Thanks! May not recall but I asked if you'd be interested in this show a long time ago. Did you enjoy it? S2 wasn't that great but S1 was alright. Also, not sure why but the 2nd track always is much lower then the AAC 1st track. I figure it might be due to it remaining as ".undefined" format at least when I extract it. When I change it to ".ac3" the volume returns to normal like the AAC.

Season two was ok it was more on the shoujo ai side, but figured would just batch it with season one since it had a home release. Not sure what you used to extract them but when made these they were both English. The 5.1 track was AC3, as for it sounding low it probably will not sound right unless you have a proper system that outputs in AC3, if playing on a pc might have to down-mix it to 2.0 output if you do not have an AC3 pass-through. May see about a DVD batch later on if can still get season one on DVD.
I used MKVcleaver 64 bit version 0608 to extract so I thought it was strange it did that seeing the .ac3 format is pretty old it should have known what it was. Mediainfo registered it as .ac3 so with what you wrote maybe it's at my end then either it was MKVcleaver itself that was the issue extracting it wrong. Also may be an issue with PotPlayer and MPC-HC video player filters changing from AAC and AC3 tracks that caused the low audio output as it is through LAV audio and FFDshow audio as the only thing I changed there was it to use 32 bit floating point and the rest remain default. On it's own mux tho there was no issue but didn't try with dual audio. There was another show that had that issue too that also had AAC and AC3 tracks but on that one there was a delay in the audio.

If you have the option don't use output the best or highest format for audio in your player. Right now have MKVCleaver 32-bit and tested a file and got .AAC and .AC3 it says you can customize the syntax to add in a tag to display the language like Jap or Eng, just make sure audio delay is not one of them. If there was an audio delay it was already present in the file as all did with these is mux them from the .M4V files.
